Design Objectives Abgraphic was asked to re-design an informational website for a resume writing service called Resume Inkstincts. The old design had a dark purple, rectangular, boxy, template-like look and feel. The new design has the contemporary look and feel of a modern website with softer, less harshly contrasting colors. Appropriate images with ragged-looking outlines, to match images from the old site, were added to create interest. Boxes, used for highlighting snippets of text, have rounded corners with gray backgrounds, and provide an interesting contrast with the main content. |
